CyberPro Consulting is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Digital Environment by assisting Project Managers in the delivery of key initiatives from initiation through to completion. The successful candidate will monitor project progress, support project governance, and assist with documentation and stakeholder engagement across digital initiatives.

Principal Accountabilities
  • Support Project Managers in the delivery of major projects from commencement to completion.
  • Monitor project progress within assigned areas and report on status, risks, and issues.
  • Assist with project documentation, reporting, and governance requirements.
  • Support project lifecycle activities including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Assist with resource planning, budgeting, and scheduling activities.
  • Coordinate project meetings, track action items, and ensure follow-ups.
  • Engage with Digital stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Ensure compliance with project governance standards and processes.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Proven experience working in a project environment as a Project Coordinator.
  • 6-10 years' experience in Financial Services (Insurance industry preferred).
  • Strong understanding of project governance frameworks and project lifecycle processes.
  • Experience supporting project activities such as resource planning, budget management, and project planning.
  • Relevant Project Coordinator qualification or certification.
  • Scrum Master and/or Junior Project Manager experience is advantageous.
  • Sound understanding of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Agile training and experience working in Scrum or Kanban environments (advantageous).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with high attention to detail.
  • Good financial and budgeting knowledge.
Technical Skills and Tools
  • Experience with project tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and PPO (minimum 2 years).
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft Excel (intermediate level), and MS Project or similar tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management capability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
