Overview

Optimi is looking to hire a highly motivated individual with strong administrative and communication skills to join the team as an Academic Support Administrator Assessors. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and support assessment events and academic operations.

Requirements
  • Grade 12.
  • Administration and Client Services qualification (advantageous).
  • Minimum 2-3 years' administrative experience in a similar role.
  • Strong data capturing and attention to detail.
  • Client service experience.
  • Education sector experience will be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage large volumes of work within strict timelines.
  • Willingness to work overtime and weekends when required.
Duties
  • Plan and coordinate assessment events such as Orals, PATs and Practical assessments.
  • Liaise with assessors, subject specialists and internal stakeholders to ensure successful assessment events.
  • Provide administrative support and coordination for assessment activities.
  • Manage approved independent assessor administration, including approvals and support.
  • Coordinate and support R&S training events, including event setup and certificate distribution.
  • Handle client enquiries on Zoho for Academic Operations.
  • Maintain accurate records, compile reports, and assist with billing and invoicing for assessment events.

This position is based in Centurion.
