Job Description
Are you a detail-oriented Admin & Accounts Controller with strong administrative and basic accounting skills within a manufacturing environment?
A well-established manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Admin & Accounts Controller to support factory operations by providing accurate statistical, financial, production, and timekeeping information to management. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day factory administration, cost control, and reporting.
You will work closely with the Factory Manager and play a hands on role across administration, stock control, budgeting, and production support.
WHAT YOU WILL DO- Provide accurate statistical, budgetary, and production reports
- Manage stock control, stores, and warehouse administration
- Handle bookkeeping and basic accounting functions
- Prepare and control budgets and product costings
- Manage salaries, wages, and timekeeping processes
- Support daily production supervision and reporting
- Perform general administrative duties
- Liaise effectively with management and factory teams
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Relevant tertiary qualification in finance or manufacturing (advantageous)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong bookkeeping and basic accounting skills
- Experience with budgeting, costings, and stock control
- Good computer literacy and strong written communication skills
- Proficiency in English and at least one other official language
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
