ABOUT THIS ROLE

Are you a detail-oriented Admin & Accounts Controller with strong administrative and basic accounting skills within a manufacturing environment?

A well-established manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Admin & Accounts Controller to support factory operations by providing accurate statistical, financial, production, and timekeeping information to management. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day factory administration, cost control, and reporting.

You will work closely with the Factory Manager and play a hands on role across administration, stock control, budgeting, and production support.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Provide accurate statistical, budgetary, and production reports
  • Manage stock control, stores, and warehouse administration
  • Handle bookkeeping and basic accounting functions
  • Prepare and control budgets and product costings
  • Manage salaries, wages, and timekeeping processes
  • Support daily production supervision and reporting
  • Perform general administrative duties
  • Liaise effectively with management and factory teams
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in finance or manufacturing (advantageous)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong bookkeeping and basic accounting skills
  • Experience with budgeting, costings, and stock control
  • Good computer literacy and strong written communication skills
  • Proficiency in English and at least one other official language
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
