Administrator Stock Receiving
Job Description
Medipost Pharmacy is seeking to recruit an Administrator Stock Receiving for its Production business in Gezina, Pretoria. The position reports to the Receiving Supervisor.
1. Recon.
Ø Print of audit trail
Ø Balance of audit trail against invoice received and filing
2. Capturing/invoices.
Ø Received invoice from receiving clerks
Ø Capture the invoices under correct supplied codes and stock codes as per Medipost App
Ø Double check to ensure correct information was capture against invoice
Ø Record keeping of all invoices
3. Returning of stock to suppliers.
Ø Over supplied - short/damaged and expired stock are prepared and returned to the suppliers at the earliest possibleconveniences
4. Create Credits.
Ø Phone supplier to get reference to return stock(damaged/short)
Ø Update of credit notes against supplier credits
Ø Updating of credit notes for audit file
Ø Ensure that record keeping is up to date of all credit's past from the suppliers
5. House Keeping.
Ø Keeping the receiving areaclean and double checking areas
Ø Making sure no stock is handled outside the GPP standards and Occupational health and Safety act 85 of 1993 is enforced.
6. Ad Hoc Task.
Ø Complete all ad hoc tasks that are given ensuring that it is completed In the time requirement that was given.
Ø Sending of members to assist in department where assistance is required.
- Learner Post Basic.
- Experience in similar environment.
- Registration with SAPC within the Community Environment.
- Qualified Post Basic
