Job Description
WE invite applicants to declare their interest in the following Hostel SGB vacancy for 2026:
RoleASSISTANT HOUSE MOTHER
Requirements and documentation- PDP licence to transport learners
- First Aid Level 1 certificate (or higher)
- Police clearance
- Safeguarding certificate & vetting documents (must be acquired within a month after appointment)
- 21 years or older
- Marital status: single
- Be available for hostel duty one day per week
- Be available to work at least 2.5 weekends per term
- Reside in the hostel from Sunday evening until Friday morning (unless on weekend duty)
- Maintain discipline and set a good example
- Commit to making a difference and inspiring young ladies
- Able to work under pressure and quickly grasp new concepts
- Contribute to a positive and homely atmosphere in the hostel
- Commit to the ethos of Eunice Girls' School and Eunice House
