We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with deep experience in banking onboarding, compliance, and process optimisation. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and strong in both Agile and traditional BA delivery environments.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead analysis and optimisation of customer onboarding workflows across banking channels.
Perform detailed process mapping, gap analysis, and requirements gathering for end-to-end onboarding processes.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards, including POPIA, KYC, BR-05, BR-08, and process optimisation standards BO-1 and BO-3.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams-operations, risk, compliance, product, and technology-to deliver accurate business requirements.
Support Agile delivery teams by defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing backlogs.
Drive process re-engineering initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce risk, and improve customer experience.
