Job Description

A fast-growing player in the electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure space is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to support the rollout and scaling of new charging sites.

This role acts as a central coordination point between business development, operations, and external partners, ensuring smooth project delivery, strong client engagement, and efficient conversion of opportunities into operational sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate end-to-end rollout of EV charging sites, tracking timelines and deliverables
  • Maintain project trackers and ensure all actions are followed up and closed out
  • Support preparation of proposals, quotations, and contracts
  • Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Maintain and update CRM systems, customer databases, and sales pipelines
  • Assist in improving processes related to EV infrastructure rollout and delivery
  • Prepare sales reports, performance metrics, and project updates
  • Support customer engagement, meetings, and presentations
  • Handle customer queries and provide ongoing support
  • Process orders, invoices, and ensure accurate documentation
  • Liaise with finance on billing and payment follow-ups
  • Support marketing initiatives, events, and stakeholder engagement activities
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience:
  • 2-4 years' experience in business development support, sales coordination, or project administration
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales pipelines
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
