Job Description
Responsibilities 
- Build and nurture relationships with assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and guiding them through the buying lifecycle.
- Use state of the art tools and methodologies to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Manage and grow relationships by leveraging strategic thinking, advanced planning and coordination with global offices to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Meet revenue and margin targets while minimizing churn and maximizing retention.
- Develop and implement account strategies using the latest technology sales methods and trends.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to realize business opportunities, contribute to revenue growth, and support clients throughout the buying lifecycle.
- Use to manage accounts, opportunities, pipelines and forecasts, analyze client situations, plan strategically and drive sales engagement to meet quota targets.
- Act as the first point of contact for client issues, ensuring consistent satisfaction and transforming needs into actionable solutions.
- Strong sales business acumen and planning skills to meet business requirements.
- Proven client engagement and management experience throughout the client lifecycle to drive sales growth.
- Deep knowledge of NTT DATA's offerings, client applications, use cases and market trends.
- Ability to identify and advance opportunities at assigned clients and prospects.
- Extensive experience in global partner management and sales environments focused on business development.
- Proficiency in using or other CRM platforms.
- Capability to drive alignment to a common vision across multiple stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset and adaptable communication styles for diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently, strong problem solving skills and influence team members to achieve goals.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business or a sales related field.
