Responsibilities- manage all functions of the kitchen, including food preparation and presentation, portion and quality control operating equipment, menus, function sheets and guest service
- maintain the health, hygiene and professional appearance of the kitchen and all who work in it
- build and maintain a working environment in which staff are fully trained, supportive of each other and competent
- fulfil guests' service requirements promptly and with a positive approach
- work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards.
If you have these qualifications, join our team: Matric (NQF 4); numeracy skills; good verbal and written skills in English; a minimum of three years' experience in a similar environment.
