MAIN PURPOSE OF JOBTo deliver excellent critical care within the CCRS environment based on sound clinical judgement, current evidence, and to display clinical leadership within ER24.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREASOversee and ensure operational readiness for CCRS calls
Administer patient care in line with scope of practice, and completion of approriate documentation
Market and maintain a positive public image for ER24
Provide clinical quality improvement services
REQUIRED EDUCATIONESSENTIAL EDUCATION: ECP Qualification (Degree in Emergency Medical Care)
DESIRED EDUCATION:ECP Qualification (Degree in Emergency Medical Care)
Additional certifications in Critcal Care
ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:2 years ALS operational experience
DESIRED EXPERIENCE: 3 years ALS operational experience
2 years Critical Care Retrieval experience
- Application of best practice
- Critical Care treatment
- Facilities, travel routes and demographical area
- HPCSA guidelines and scope of practice
- Proficiency in the English language (written and verbal)
