Job Description

A growing SaaS hospitality company is looking for a Customer Success Manager fluent in Dutch to support hoteliers in maximizing the value from our solutions. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, conducting business reviews, identifying growth opportunities, and driving product education. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role within SaaS, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude. This position is based in Cape Town with a focus on customer retention and satisfaction.
