FINANCE MANAGER: Packhouse Administration

You will take ownership of daily data capturing, monitoring and reconciling packhouse figures to ensure alignment between production output and packing results. Your role will include maintaining accurate packing records, verifying data integrity, and delivering reliable daily reports that management can confidently act on. This position suits someone who enjoys working with high volumes of information and understands the importance of getting it right the first time.
Requirements Qualifications- Matric (Grade 12)
- A diploma in administration, accounting, or data management will be beneficial
- Previous experience in a citrus packhouse environment
- Proven exposure to production or packhouse data administration
- Advanced Excel capability, including pivot tables, reconciliations and data analysis
- Comfortable working extended or flexible hours during peak operational periods
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines
- Clear and confident communicator with solid reporting ability
- Natural leadership qualities and the ability to guide or supervise where required
- Assertive, composed and solution focused when managing challenges
- Self driven and able to perform consistently under pressure
