Job Description

Main Purpose

We are seeking a talented and creative Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join a dynamic marketing team. The role focuses on creating visually engaging marketing materials across print, digital, and social media platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio showcasing innovative design, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce marketing collateral including brochures, banners, social media graphics, email templates, and event-related materials
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualise and execute creative campaigns
  • Ensure consistent brand representation across all visual assets
  • Develop visual content for websites, newsletters, and other digital platforms
  • Create designs for product packaging, corporate branding, and promotional items
  • Stay up to date with current design trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements

Job Knowledge

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design across both digital and print platforms
  • Solid understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles

Job-Related Skills

  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to accept creative direction and constructive feedback positively
  • Passion for design with a proactive approach to generating fresh, innovative ideas

Experience

  • Minimum of 3-5 years' professional experience in graphic design

Technical Skills & Education

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Experience using Canva
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms is advantageous
  • Knowledge of video editing software such as Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro is an added advantage
