Guide & Lodge Management Couple

A luxury 5-star game lodge in the Hoedspruit area is seeking a dynamic and professional Guide & Admin Couple to join the team. This role combines exceptional guest hosting, field guiding, and lodge administration to ensure a seamless, world-class safari experience. The successful couple will embody warm hospitality, operational efficiency, and a passion for wildlife and guest service.

• Conduct guided game drives and bush walks in accordance with safety standards
• Deliver informative and engaging wildlife interpretations
• Ensure guest safety at all times
• Host guests and maintain a high level of guest interaction
• Assist with lodge operations and guest activities
• Care and maintenance of safari vehicles and equipment
• Monitor reserve conditions and wildlife sightings
• Assist with conservation and environmental initiatives
• Support lodge team with guest transfers when required
• Uphold 5-star service standards and lodge values

• Manage reservations, guest correspondence, and booking systems
• Handle check ins, check outs, and billing
• Coordinate guest itineraries and special requests
• Maintain guest records and financial admin
• Assist with stock control and procurement administration
• Support lodge management with reports and scheduling
• Host guests and assist with service when required
• Ensure smooth communication between departments
• Maintain 5-star guest relations standards
• Assist with social media or guest feedback platforms
