Job Summary We are seeking a visionary Head of Client Expansion Marketing to lead the strategic growth of our most valuable client relationships. This executive role is dedicated to deepening client engagement, expanding client lifetime value (CLV), and translating brand trust into measurable commercial outcomes. You will shape the organisation's approach to client primacy, orchestrate exclusive executive value networks, build a pan African digital C Suite community, and activate data driven lifecycle marketing programmes that accelerate growth and loyalty across markets. Build integrated engagement roadmaps that deepen relationships and unlock CLV. Partner across sales, product, and relationship teams to drive measurable growth. Executive Engagement & Value Networks Lead the creation of a pan-African digital C Suite community. Deliver tailored experiences that strengthen influence and advocacy. Data Driven Lifecycle Marketing Drive personalised lifecycle programmes across acquisition, onboarding, growth, retention, and advocacy. Use analytics, segmentation, and journey mapping to optimise engagement. Sustainable Revenue Growth Identify and activate cross-sell, upsell, and referral opportunities. Align initiatives with enterprise priorities to drive long term value. Innovation & Digital Enablement Champion digital adoption and MarTech to scale personalised engagement. Introduce innovative delivery models aligned with evolving client behaviours. Leadership Build and lead a high-performing team focused on client expansion excellence. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and client centricity. Risk, Governance & Compliance Ensure all initiatives meet regulatory, brand, and compliance standards. Partner with governance teams to mitigate organisational risk. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field (required). Postgraduate qualification (MBA or Marketing Leadership) advantageous. Certifications in digital marketing, ABM, or analytics beneficial.Experience 12-15 years in a senior marketing, client experience, or commercial strategy role in a large enterprise. 8+ years in lifecycle marketing, client relationship management, or sales within corporate/investment banking or high-value B2B sectors. 5+ years leading teams. Proven experience building executive engagement networks and data-driven marketing programmes across African or global markets. Technical & Leadership Competencies Deep expertise in client expansion, executive relationship management & lifecycle marketing. Strong commercial acumen and ability to deliver measurable CLV and primacy outcomes. Advanced cross-sell/referral activation ability in multi product environments. Proficiency in analytics, segmentation, marketing automation & CRM platforms. Exceptional communication and stakeholder influence, including executive-level storytelling. Visionary leadership with the ability to build high performing, innovation-driven teams.
