Project: Business Central Production Scheduling Foundations & Graphical Scheduler Enablement

1) Objectives & Success Criteria

Define routes, configure centers, enable finite scheduling, train operators.

2) Scope

Covers routings, capacities, calendars, overlap/send-ahead logic, journals.

3) Deliverables

Workbooks, BC configuration, scheduler setup, testing, training, cutover.

4) Assumptions

Standard times measurable; pilot family chosen; QA gates for send-ahead.

5) Data Required

Routing times, capacities, calendars, scrap %, backflush rules.

6) Configuration Approach

Phases: Discovery, Build, Validate, Deploy, Hypercare.
