Our client is seeking an experienced Intermediate Project Manager to lead and deliver enterprise systems projects, with a strong focus on ERP, CRM, and HR system implementations and upgrades .
This role requires a technically grounded project manager with solid knowledge of systems deployment methodologies , ITIL framework principles , and strong stakeholder engagement capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing full project life cycles, from initiation through to deployment and post-implementation support, ensuring delivery within scope, time, budget, and quality standards.
Requirements Key Responsibilities Project Planning & DeliveryManage end-to-end implementation and upgrade projects for ERP, CRM, and HR systems.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation schedules.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, vendors, business units, and external partners.
Ensure adherence to governance, change control, and risk management processes.
Oversee system configuration, testing cycles (UAT, SIT), data migration, and go-live readiness.
Drive post-implementation reviews and ensure smooth handover to operations/support teams.
Systems Deployment & Technical OversightLead system rollouts, upgrades, and integrations across business units.
Manage vendor relationships and third-party implementation partners.
Ensure system deployments align with infrastructure, security, and compliance requirements.
Support data migration planning and execution strategies.
Monitor and manage system performance during hypercare periods.
ITIL & Service Management AlignmentApply ITIL principles to project delivery and service transition.
Ensure structured handover to service management teams.
Align deployments with incident, problem, and change management processes.
Support the development of support documentation, SLAs, and operational readiness frameworks.
Stakeholder Engagement & CommunicationEngage senior stakeholders, business users, and technical teams throughout project lifecycles.
Facilitate workshops, requirements-gathering sessions, and steering committee meetings.
Provide clear status reporting, risk updates, and executive summaries.
Manage expectations and resolve conflicts proactively.
Drive user adoption strategies and change management initiatives.
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
4-7 years' experience in project management within IT environments.
Proven experience managing ERP, CRM, or HR system implementations .
Strong understanding of systems deployment lifecycles .
Working knowledge of ITIL framework principles (ITIL certification advantageous).
Experience working with third-party vendors and implementation partners.
Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile/Hybrid project methodologies.
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, or similar).
