For our location in Coega, IDZ, we have an immediate opening for a Junior Finance Admin. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you are an integral part of the related team, assisting in all Finance Administration duties.

• Debitors
  • Daily - Invoicing (ad-hoc invoices not handled by SCM Team)
  • Monthly - Reconciliations
  • Monthly - Customer Statements
• Creditors
  • Daily - Invoice bookings (including Intercompany transactions)
  • Weekly or Monthly - Vendor payment allocations
  • Monthly - Account reconciliations
  • Monthly - Credit card accounts reconciliations
• Weekly / Monthly - ad hoc journal entries e.g. accruals, adjustments
• Monthly petty cash card reconciliation

• Grade 12 & Qualification in Finance
• Minimum 1 year experience
• Analytical & administrative capability
• Experience in ERP Systems (SAP) would be advantageous
• Excel Skills
