• Allocating and overseeing daily maintenance tasks across disciplines.
• Supervising and providing technical support to contractors doing maintenance.
• Conducting quality checks on completed jobs and ensuring compliance with standards.
• Maintaining maintenance records in coordination with the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Supporting preventative maintenance planning and execution.
• Responding to and assigning urgent maintenance issues promptly.
• Assisting in onboarding and mentoring new team members.

• Minimum 5 years in maintenance roles, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory position.
• Experience in a mining or industrial environment preferred.
• Supervisory training certificate is an advantage.

The Maintenance Lead will be responsible for leading and supervising a multi-disciplinary team of artisans and assistants to ensure safe, timely, and quality maintenance of facilities infrastructure including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural works.
