Job Description

A luxury real estate businessworking with an exclusive network of sophisticated local and international clients, delivering highly tailored real estate services across Sales, Lettings, Property Management, Sourcing, and Investment, requires a remote-working Marketing Coordinator. The business is known for its discreet, intelligence-led, and bespoke approach to property.

An opportunity exists to join this growing, high-calibre real estate business. This role is fully integrated into the team and plays a key part in elevating brand awareness, supporting lead generation, and driving continued business growth. Working hours Monday - Friday 11am - 8pm

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and manage social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok
  • Design social media graphics using Canva and write engaging, on-brand copy
  • Monitor and engage with social media comments, messages, and enquiries
  • Design print and digital marketing materials aligned with brand standards
  • Set up and manage email marketing campaigns, automations, and nurture sequences
  • Maintain database accuracy and data cleanliness within CRM systems
  • Build and optimise landing pages and lead generation funnels
  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, lead metrics, and conversion data
  • Set up, manage, and optimise Google Ads and paid social media campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok)
  • Manage website updates and coordinate changes with web developers
  • Manage property portals, including LonRes, Rightmove, and the company website
  • Coordinate with photographers, videographers, agents, and external suppliers
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a marketing or digital marketing role
  • Proven ability to manage and execute a successful digital marketing strategy
  • Strong copywriting skills with working knowledge of basic SEO principles
  • Experience with email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and paid advertising
  • Confident using Canva; experience with Figma and/or InDesign advantageous
  • Experience using website or landing page builders
  • Comfortable using project management tools such as ASANA (preferred)
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and data-driven, with high standards of quality
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to prioritise effectively in a remote environment
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
