Our client is a growing B2B SaaS business operating within the global golf and hospitality technology sector. As they expand their international footprint, they require a Marketing Lead to drive and coordinate marketing activity across markets.
This role blends strategic input with practical execution, working closely with leadership, sales and external partners to ensure messaging is clear, consistent and commercially aligned. The position plays a central role in shaping campaigns and content, while remaining actively involved in delivery.
What you will be responsible for: Strategy & Campaign Direction- Contribute to marketing direction in line with business priorities
- Identify relevant themes based on product updates, client insights, and industry activity
- Plan and coordinate campaigns across LinkedIn, email, website, and events
- Review performance metrics and refine activity accordingly
- Turn technical product information into clear, engaging messaging
- Create case studies, thought-leadership pieces, client stories, and product content
- Develop conference materials, presentations, and sales collateral
- Maintain website and landing page content
- Develop visual assets and reusable templates
- Brief and collaborate with a design agency on more complex creative work
- Ensure consistency in tone of voice and brand presentation
- Create visuals and workflows that simplify complex systems
- Manage the content calendar and publishing schedules
- Coordinate approvals and internal inputs
- Track marketing spend in line with budget
- Document and refine marketing processes as the company evolves
- Proven B2B or SaaS marketing experience, including strategy, planning, execution and iteration across multiple channels
- Hold a formal marketing qualification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Think strategically but enjoy getting stuck into execution
- Write clearly and confidently across multiple formats, including social posts, longer-form content, website copy, and client-facing materials.
- Are comfortable using performance data to guide decisions
- Have worked with multiple stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, software partners and external agencies or external partners
- Can manage multiple workstreams without losing structure
- Exposure to international or multi-market campaigns
- Experience in golf, hospitality, or niche operational industries
- Additional language capability (French, Italian or Spanish)
- R35,000 - R60,000 per month (depending on experience)
- 21 days leave
