Responsibilities:
- Organize and streamline office operations and procedures for peak efficiency.
- Plan and execute exciting office events and team-building activities.
- Monitor, order, and manage office inventory, stationery, and rewards.
- Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and mail.
- Organize records, documentation, photos, certifications, and newsletters.
- Manage and coordinate events.
- Coordinate repairs for office equipment, maintenance requests, and grocery orders.
- Liaise with vendors to keep supplies flowing smoothly.
- Champion Health and Safety protocols across the team.
- Support IT activities and assist with project task coordination.
- Handle support tickets and attend key project meetings.
- Create compelling PowerPoint presentations as needed.
- Run lucky draws to boost team morale.
- Tackle any additional duties to support our operational success.
- Matric.
- 3+ years of office coordination/project coordinator experience.
- Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Canva capabilities.
