Our Client is seeking a high-energy, professional Office & Showroom Assistant to be the face of their business. This is a junior role with real growth potential, combining showroom sales, client communication, CRM and office support. Full training will be provided.

Job Requirements
  • High-energy, positive, and professional attitude
  • Confident communicator in-person and over the phone
  • Comfortable selling and engaging customers
  • Strong Google Sheets / Excel skills (not beginner level)
  • Organised, accurate, and calm under pressure
  • Fast learner with a growth mindsetWilling to assist across the business as needed
  • Previous showroom, retail, or sales experience
  • Experience with CRM systems or Shopify
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automations)
Job Duties
  • Greet and assist clients in the showroom, selling products confidently
  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person professionally
  • Process orders accurately using internal systems and CRM
  • Maintain and update CRM data daily
  • Track and update information in Google Sheets / Excel (intermediate+ skills)
  • Support general office administration and ensure smooth daily operations
  • Assist with packing orders and warehouse tasks when required
  • Learn Shopify, CRM automations, and smarter operational workflows
  • Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency
