Minimum Requirements 
- MUST BE FLUENT IN AFRIKAANS
- Grade 12 and applicable Diploma or Degree;
- 5 years management experience;
- Extensive experience in the grain industry;
- Completed grain grading courses;
- Valid driver's license.
- Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;
- Good human relations;
- Interpersonal skills;
