Citra is now hiring an Operations Administrator

The ideal candidate will have a passion for efficiency, helping us to optimize our workflows for a digital first environment."
Mandatory- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Excellent technical and computer literacy, especially utilizing Google workspace and cloud based solutions
- Experience acting as a point of contact with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in facilities management
- Professional demeanour and ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
- Proficient in project management and collaboration tools
- Proactive problem solver with a solution oriented mindset
- 2+ years of experience in operations, or a similar role
- Relevant bachelor's degree in administration, business, finance, project management or a related field
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively develop solutions to enhance productivity
- Perform hands on administrative support for the COO to help establish and maintain critical operational systems
- Perform selected asset and risk management actions
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management
- Provide direct support to the COO to help set up firm foundations for the operations division, assisting with various strategic and administrative tasks as needed
- Support in the refinement of daily processes to ensure smooth workflows
- Combination of accounting, administration, taxation, legal, corporate and commercial experience
- Experience working in a high paced construction or property development environment
