Job Description

Minimum Requirements

Completed Masters/M. Tech (or PhD preferred) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, Information Systems, or related field.
At least 3 years lecturing/facilitation experience in the industry.

Additional Recommendations

Lecturing experience at a University of Technology or similar.
Own PC/Laptop with high quality microphone and webcam for virtual lectures.
Strong, stable internet connection for online facilitation.
Experience designing digital literacy, online netiquette, and end user computing courses and adapting them to industry needs.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
Knowledge of online netiquette and digital literacy.

Summary of Duties

Teach and facilitate the Netizen Programme Short Courses at basic, intermediate, and advanced levels targeting industry participants.
Develop and curate course content.
Assist student queries and provide guidance where necessary.
Conduct practical demonstrations using Microsoft Office packages.
Demonstrate competency in digital communication tools, including Microsoft Teams, Google Classroom, Zoom, and LMS.
Provide mentorship and consultation for students.
