Job Purpose Responsibilities Operational Compliance Follow a range of mandatory procedures to ensure that the onboarding and termination of partners align with company procedures and processes. Adhere to a systematic approach for the drafting, reviewing, approving and termination of standard agreements and addendums. Update agreements with the guidance and recommendations of the legal and compliance team. Manage team members to keep abreast regarding the importance of compliance and the consequences of non-adherence to set procedures. Identify risk areas per Outsourced Partner with regards to operations and general compliance. Data Management Develop a clear understanding of business objectives to align data management strategies. Ensure the accuracy of documentation to partners, both internal and external. Accurate record keeping of partner agreement. External user profile monitoring to ensure external functions align with agreements. Monthly monitoring of new commercials loaded on codes to ensure it aligns with the agreement. Accurate record keeping of all active Outsourced agreements. Monthly FSCA license checks. Obtain client consent on broker fee. Review and verify partner information captured on system to ensure accuracy and accessibility. Implement organisational systems for data to enhance accessibility and comprehension. Establish protocols for data protection to safeguard against unauthorised access and breaches. Convert raw data into meaningful insights. Insights and Reporting Compile and prepare various data and reports. Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting on Outsourced Partners as well as monitoring of obligations in accordance with the outsourced agreement. Prepare quarterly outsourced tracker document update for compliance. Prepare monthly reporting on all active and pending partners, total new partners onboarded and total partners terminated. Ensure the accuracy of any documentation to partners, both internal and external. Accurate and timeous analysis and reporting to relevant partners, both internal and external. Accurate record keeping of all partners, functions and system access. Analyse historical data to identify patterns and trends and compile reports to visualise those trends. Client & Customer Management (Internal) Provide appropriate and timeous solutions and support to partner queries, both internal and external. Ensure effective co-ordination and communication between partners and departments. Handle complex customer cases and inquiries promptly and effectively. Provide timely and appropriate solutions to both internal and external partner queries. Customer Service Carry out a range of customer service activities, including handling customer cases and enquiries that are more complex or outside the norm. Provide appropriate and timeous solutions and support to partner queries, both internal and external. Ensure effective co-ordination and communication between partners and departments. Deliver the Telesure Service Way through personal effort and through others. Personal Capability Building Develop and maintain excellent process or technical skills by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching.
