Our client is a fast-scaling iGaming and sports betting group operating across multiple regulated African markets. The senior leadership team is building at speed and requires a sharp, commercially aware Personal Assistant who can operate as a true force multiplier.
This is not a traditional diary-management role. It is a high-trust, high-exposure position at the centre of growth, strategy, and execution.
You will work directly with a senior leadership team operating in complex, regulated environments - managing pace, protecting focus, and ensuring priorities translate into action.

Your Role in the Business
You will act as a trusted partner to the senior leadership team - driving structure, managing complexity, and ensuring operational clarity across multiple markets and time zones.
Key responsibilities include:
- End-to-end diary, meeting, and international travel management
- Anticipating conflicts, reprioritising in real time, and protecting executive focus
- Preparing board packs, reports, agendas, briefing notes, and action trackers
- Managing highly confidential communications and sensitive business matters
- Acting as first point of contact for senior stakeholders, regulators, partners, and advisors
- Coordinating executive, regulatory, investor, and leadership meetings
- Tracking strategic priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure execution
- Drafting and screening correspondence on behalf of the senior leadership team
- Liaising with legal, finance, compliance, technology, and operations teams
- Supporting presentations, strategy documents, and leadership communications
- Managing high-impact ad hoc projects across the business

Requirements:
- 5+ years experience supporting C-suite or senior executives
- Experience within fast-paced, scaling, or regulated businesses
- Exceptional organisational and prioritisation capability
- Strong business acumen and sound judgement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Absolute discretion and professionalism
- Confidence engaging with senior leaders and external stakeholders
- Strong technical proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, Slack, Zoom/Teams
- Exposure to iGaming, sports betting, fintech, payments, or other regulated industries is advantageous
