Pre-Dispensing Administrator
Job Description
To ensure accurate transferring of completed work that is signed off by the Pharmacist.
Responsibilities- Need to execute duties accurately with the necessary speed to ensure targets are reached.
- 99% accuracy needed. In case of a mistake, the pharmacist must be alerted.
- When packing on average 500 labels must be done daily, for printing at least 50 batches printed and when transferring at least 3 full pallets daily.
- Housekeeping during the day.
- Working area must be kept clean and safe, also the common area. Housekeeping audits must be passed.
- Willing to assist in Production, if need be, or willing to work overtime.
- Must have helped without complaining at least 5 times in other departments or with overtime during a 6-month period.
- Must be reliable.
- Must not be late more than 6 times in 6 months with a good attendance record and leave management. Must have good time management with daily 8 working hours as seen on horizontal TNA reports.
- Must be dependable.
- Must follow all relevant SOP's and Policies without the need to be supervised constantly. No SOP incidents in 6-month period covered by KPI.
- Experience in Pre-Dispensing procedures will be advantageous.
- Registration with SAPC within the Community Environment.
- Very Accurate.
- Sense of urgency.
- Organised and tidy.
- Team Player.
