To grow, maintain and retain a portfolio of private banking customers in line with the segment value propositions, related initiatives and activities aimed at creating value for the client and the bank.

• Type of Qualification: First Degree (NQF7)
• Field of Study: Business Commerce

• Affluent Clients: Personal and Private Banking
• 5-7 years experience in sales, service, relationship management, credit applications and financial acumen (proven sales track record in the financial services industry)
• Sound knowledge of the Bank's policies and procedures for processing customer transactions
• Ability to analyse customer needs by engaging with them, analysing their personal financial objectives and their current financial position
• Proactively promote a relationship-based offering through a primary point of contact, meeting client expectations by providing personalized financial solutions in line with the client value proposition
• Analyse client's financial information and formulate solutions on how to respond to their needs and requirements (e.g., client cash flow problem)
