Tasks

Coordinate and schedule dispatch activities for field staff, drivers, or service teams

Monitor real-time operations and adjust schedules to handle delays, emergencies, or priority changes

Maintain accurate records of dispatch logs, service orders, and operational reports

  • Provide updates on job status, delays, or changes

Handle escalations and resolve issues quickly and professionally

Use dispatch management systems, ERP tools, or CRM platforms

Respond to inquiries from clients or partners

Qualifications and Experience

Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field

Strong proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Familiarity with dispatch or scheduling software (e.g., SAP, Fleet Management tools)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

2-5 years in dispatching, logistics coordination, operations support, or administrative roles

Experience in industries like transportation, utilities, emergency services, field service operations, or supply chain

Proven track record of managing schedules, coordinating teams, or handling high-volume communication

Experience working with KPIs, service-level agreements, or operational performance metrics
