Property Query & SLA Coordinator

Excellerate is looking for a Query Coordinator to effectively manage and coordinate queries within the management portfolio. This role involves logging queries onto a task management platform, assigning them to the relevant departments, and monitoring their resolution within agreed SLA timelines.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 3 years of relevant experience in property management or operational coordination, and will demonstrate strong administrative, communication, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of ERP systems is required.
