Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester with strong experience in the Telecom domain, particularly in Order Management systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with ServiceNow testing and working knowledge of ATF (Automated Test Framework). The role involves functional, integration, and regression testing across telecom workflows and service fulfillment processes.

Responsibilities
  • Perform functional and integration testing for Telecom Order Management systems
  • Validate end-to-end order lifecycle (Order Capture, Provisioning, Activation, Billing integration)
  • Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts
  • Conduct testing in ServiceNow modules and workflows
  • Create and maintain ATF test scripts within ServiceNow
  • Identify, log, and track defects using defect management tools
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements
  • Participate in test planning, estimation, and test strategy discussions
  • Support UAT and production validation activities
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Software Testing / QA
  • Strong experience in Telecom domain, specifically in Order Management systems
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform testing
  • Working knowledge of ATF (Automated Test Framework) in ServiceNow
  • Good understanding of telecom business processes (Order to Activate lifecycle)
  • Experience in API testing and integration testing
  • Knowledge of SQL and basic data validation
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
