Job Description

At Jonsson Workwear, we continually strive to ensure excellence across our value chain, starting with the raw materials that form the foundation of every garment we produce. Our High-Performance Raw Materials Warehouse plays a crucial role in storing, managing and supplying fabrics and trims to our Lesotho manufacturing facilities, supported by a state of the art quality lab that ensures uncompromised material standards.

We are looking for a highly organised, systems driven leader to oversee this essential operation. This role demands someone who works with urgency, communicates confidently at all levels, makes sound decisions under pressure and leads a high performing team in a fast paced, high volume environment.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a key stakeholder in raw material supply, collaborating closely with Procurement, Manufacturing and Planning.
  • Build strong relationships with operations leadership to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Direct and oversee all warehouse activities, ensuring daily processes and systems run efficiently.
  • Investigate and report on service levels from picking to dispatch, driving continuous improvement.
  • Manage health and safety compliance, maintenance and security matters within the warehouse.
  • Ensure warehouse equipment is maintained according to company requirements.
  • Lead by example-motivating, developing and supporting team members while proactively addressing operational challenges.
  • Work to tight deadlines in a demanding environment and be available after hours when required.
