Job Description
Key Outputs 
- Compile, implement, manage and train all on the ISO and CC systems
- Control and report on the corrective and preventive non-conformance system
- Periodically audit the ISO and CC systems
- Capturing of all incidents and preventative actions taken
- Control calibration schedule
- Compile all relevant audit and management review reports
- Prepare for SABS and Caterpillar CC audits
- Compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system and OHSAS 18001
- Accountable to minimize number of non-conformances
- Monthly audit of the quality management and OHSAS systems
- Reporting of incidents in the workplace
- Compliance with the Caterpillar contamination control guideline (PEBJ 0002-05)
- Ensure compliance with calibration of measuring and testing equipment
- Responsible for regional certifications (ISO, CC, Caterpillar, etc)
- Grade 12
- One year's experience post qualification
- Basic understanding of ISO and contamination control system
- Qualified in relevant trade (heavy / earthmoving equipment Mechanic)
- Basic understanding of ISO and contamination control systems
- Analysis and reasoning (L1)
- Attention to detail (L1) and teamwork(L1)
- Verbal and written communication (including listening) (L2)
- Organisational awareness (L2) and rule orientation (L3)
- Building relationships (L1)
- Computer Literacy (MS Office, SAP NCR system) (L2)
