The role is based in-office with typical office hours, Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:30, including a one-hour lunch and some flexibility.

The focus of this role is on data verification and quality assurance across the company's candidate database. The ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to accuracy over speed.

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive candidate information with discretion.
  • Ensure data integrity and quality for internal and client-facing purposes.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in data management, database administration, or recruitment support is highly desirable.
  • Exposure to Goldmine, Venturi, or similar recruitment software is a plus.
  • Strong computer literacy and comfort navigating databases.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills - able to ask questions when information seems unclear.
  • Trustworthiness and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Reliable, highly detail-oriented, and able to analyse complex data to make informed decisions.
