Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

To manage a team of Strikers and lead them to develop a portfolio of Hypermarkets, Supermarkets (Retail channel), Gas Stations (Petroleum channel), Convenience, and Kiosks (Independents channel) accounts in a given geographical area through active selling and the implementation of agreed Perfect Store standards, Trade Marketing Plans as well as Key Account agreements.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3 years experience in Off Premise sector, FMCG.
  • Previous successful experience leading field sales teams.
  • Leadership, motivation and team skills.
  • Clear understanding of the Off Premise channel.
  • A commitment to people management and development with a proven ability to build and develop talent.
  • Strong analytical and organisational ability.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and experience with Field Force automation.
  • High negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Management reporting and budget control.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Travel 90-100%
