The role will provide leadership across the regional property portfolio, strengthen operational performance, support regional teams, andmaintain strong relationships with property owners and stakeholders.

• Lead and mentor property management teams
• Foster a collaborative and high-performanceculture
• Support staff development and operationalexcellence
• Maintain strong relationships with landlords andasset managers
• Ensure consistent service delivery across theportfolio
• Support complex client and portfolio matters
• Manage budgets, expenditure, and operationalefficiency
• Oversee vacancies, arrears, and portfolioperformance indicators

• Identify opportunities to grow the Western Capeportfolio
• Strengthen market relationships and clientengagement
• Support the continued expansion of the Company's regional platform

• Minimum 5 years' senior property managementexperience
• Experience managing large property portfoliosand teams
• Degree in Property Studies or related discipline
• Valid FFC
• Property system experience
• Strong communication and leadership capability
