A Rider Gear & Accessories Sales Executive is required to drive sales and customer satisfaction by promoting, selling, and managing motorcycle rider gear and accessories. The role involves engaging with customers, providing product knowledge, ensuring correct pricing and display standards, processing sales and returns, and supporting overall brand awareness within a dealership environment.

Requirements
  • Grade 12 (Senior Certificate)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Parts or Accessories Sales Executive in an automotive dealership preferred
  • Driver's license and reliable own transport
  • Knowledge of motorcycles and rider gear advantageous
  • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage sales reporting, returns, and stock displays accurately
  • Ability to actively promote products and the brand to existing and new customers
