Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities.
  • Create & Update technical documentation.
  • Process modeling experience using MS Visio or any other tools with a solid understanding of workflow-based logic.
  • Develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using tools like Automation Anywhere.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and optimize workflows.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing RPA solutions.
  • Database configuration, writing SQL queries and troubleshooting
  • Ensure compliance with IT security standards and best practices.
  • Provide training and support to end-users for smooth adoption of automated processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA technologies and industry trends.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • IT Qualification and/or relevant RPA Certification

2+ years' experience in:

  • Experience and/or Certification in preferably Automation Anywhere RPA software or Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Automate and UI Path
  • Proven experience in RPA development with tools like Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism, or Power Automate.
  • Strong proficiency in .net, SQL, or JavaScript (preferred).
  • Understanding of process automation, workflow design, and machine learning integration.
  • Strong understanding of system integrations and API development-experience with designing, consuming, and troubleshooting API connections within RPA workflows.
  • Knowledge of JSON, XML, and web services to enable seamless communication between bots and external applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
