Sales Project Manager

To assist sales consultants as the operational bridge between the sales team, contractors, and operations.

• Receive confirmed sales from consultants
• Review scope, timelines, and client expectations
• Coordinate project kick-off with contractors and operations
• Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate

• Act as primary point of contact between company and contractors
• Manage urgent requests and change variation orders
• Track deliverables and timelines
• Ensure contractor compliance with scope and service standards
• Coordinate scheduling and resource allocation
• Monitor workflow progress
• Ensure alignment between Sales promises and operational capacity

• Monitor deadlines and milestones
• Provide weekly status updates to Sales leadership
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements

• Provide status updates where required
• Ensure smooth project closure

• Degree/Diploma in Business, Project Management, or related field (preferred)

• 3-5 years-experience in:
  • Project coordination or management
  • Sales support or commercial operations
  • Contractor/vendor management
