Are you an experienced 3D Animator ready to take creative ownership and help shape standout animation projects from concept to final delivery? We create high-quality TV ads, explainer videos, product demos and branded content. We're looking for a talented and technically strong 3D Animator who can elevate our work, bring ideas to life with confidence, and play a key role within our growing studio. This isn't an entry-level role - we're looking for someone who can lead sequences, solve complex creative and technical challenges, and contribute to the development of our animation pipeline.

The Role
  • Lead the creation of high-quality 3D animations from storyboard through to final render.
  • Take ownership of projects or key sequences, ensuring creative excellence and technical precision.
  • Collaborate closely with directors, designers, editors and clients to bring creative visions to life.
  • Develop and refine 3D assets for animation, VFX projects.
  • Design and implement advanced lighting, shading and rendering setups to achieve broadcast-quality results.
  • Handle complex animation tasks including character animation, product animation, simulations and motion graphics.
  • Contribute to compositing, post-production and final delivery workflows.
  • Optimise scenes and troubleshoot technical challenges efficiently.
  • Help improve studio workflows, pipelines and production processes.
  • Mentor and support junior animators where required.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, tools and emerging technologies.
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years' professional experience in 3D animation (studio or agency environment preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in Blender (our primary tool). Experience in Maya and/or Cinema 4D is highly transferable.
  • Excellent understanding of animation principles, timing, weight and performance.
  • Strong knowledge of lighting, rendering and material workflows.
  • Experience with compositing and post-production processes.
  • Solid grasp of composition, colour theory and visual storytelling.
  • Understanding of rigging and scene optimisation.
  • Ability to interpret briefs and contribute creatively - not just execute.
  • Strong problem solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator, comfortable working collaboratively and, where required, client facing.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • A strong, professional showreel demonstrating high quality, finished work is essential.
  • Experience working on TV or broadcast advertising.
  • Understanding of good design principles.
  • Knowledge of simulations (cloth, particles, rigid body).
  • Motion design experience.
  • Experience building or refining production pipelines.
Why Join Us?
  • Work on high-quality commercial and broadcast projects.
  • Be part of a growing creative studio with real opportunity to shape its direction.
  • Collaborate with a passionate, ambitious team.
  • Contribute creatively - your ideas will matter.
