Senior Administrator: Company SecretaryJohannesburg, South Africa Role Purpose/Business Unit: To manage administrative support to the Vodacom Group Company Secretariat (incorporating YeboYethu and Ethics) and Vodacom Group Board of Directors Your responsibilities will include: Coordinate, draft and consolidate the Vodacom Group Governance calendar annually, liaising with relevant stakeholders at Vodafone and Vodacom Group CEO office, Investor Relations and Group Finance Manage all diary and logistical requirements of the Group Company Secretary, including all local and international travel arrangements for Vodacom Group Board members Manage EVO and Concur administration for Group Company Secretary, including the management of and adherence to budget (R12 million) and ensuring compliance with FinOps and SCM Policies. Support YeboYethu company secretary, including compilation of corporate calendar, special projects and facilitation of board and shareholder meetings. Manage EVO and Concur administration for YeboYethu, including management of and adherence to budget, and ensuring compliance with FinOps and SCM Policies. Support Ethics team in respect of compilation of corporate calendar, special projects and facilitating delivery of key events including Chairman's Ethical Leadership event. Manage EVO and Concur administration for Ethics team, including management of and adherence to budget, all local and international travel arrangements, and ensuring compliance with FinOps and SCM Policies. The ideal candidate for this role will have: Undergraduate or higher diploma in any relevant matter, with preference given to legal or finance background. 10+ years of experience at performing function for senior executives, and Experience of dealing with directors at listed company board level. Core competencies, knowledge, and experience: Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion. Ability to work under pressure and multitask, while also maintaining meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication skills- both oral and written. Prepared to work overtime on a regular basis.
