A well-established organisation in Stellenbosch is seeking an experienced HR Officer to manage core HR functions, focusing on recruitment and employee relations. The successful candidate will have a relevant qualification and at least 5 years of HR experience, including sound knowledge of South African labour legislation. Responsibilities include managing the recruitment process, handling disciplinary procedures, and providing HR guidance to the team. Candidates residing in the Western Cape will be prioritized for this position.
