As a Senior Technical Compliance Specialist, you'll sit at the heart of product, commercial operations, and compliance. Your mission is to ensure the smooth, compliant development, launch, and operation of our jackpot and player-tool products across multiple regulated markets.

This is a hands-on, detail-driven role designed for someone who can translate complex regulatory requirements into practical technical plans, guide product teams, and ensure our innovations can confidently go to market.

Your work will directly impact our global footprint, product strategy, and regulatory trust.

• Assess regulatory requirements and ensure jackpot features and mechanics align across global jurisdictions.
• Partner with Product to review new features, changes, and releases from a compliance perspective.
• Identify risks early and escalate with actionable recommendations.

• Support new market entry through research, gap analysis, and documentation.
• Prepare materials for licensing, product submissions, and regulatory approvals.
• Track regulatory developments affecting jackpot or prize-based products.

• Work closely with Product, Tech, Commercial, and Operations to deliver compliant product solutions.
• Provide day-to-day compliance support with a clear, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset.

• Maintain policies, procedures, controls, and compliance documentation related to jackpot operations.
• Support audits, internal reviews, and regulator/partner requests.

We're looking for someone who has been in the trenches of real money gaming compliance - someone who understands:

• E2E certification of real-money games, jackpot mechanics, RNG-driven systems, and gaming platforms
• Working directly with labs, regulators, and technical teams
• How to interpret regulatory frameworks and break them down into concrete technical requirements
• How to identify risks and propose practical, commercially savvy solutions
• The realities of navigating multi-jurisdictional regulatory landscapes
