The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of Food Processing Technology (FPT) equipment at our customer's site. This role requires a strong technical background and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities for this Role: Perform maintenance and repairs on FPT processing equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Maintain proper inventory of leased machinery parts and chemical use at packinghouses to assure machinery down time and customer complaints are kept to a minimum. Work with Technical Service to ensure correct application of JBT chemicals. Provide site support with maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and support with new projects. Identify sales opportunities and pass this information onto our Sales Manager. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance. Provide technical support and training to customers. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Qualifications/Experience Required: Qualified Fitter & Turner (Red Seal) Min 3 years' experience in machine servicing within food processing plants. Mechanical, electrical, or controls understanding. PLC knowledge will be an advantage. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently. Basic computer literacy.
