• Head up and manage a newly established Industrial Solar Division


• Lead and deliver large-scale industrial solar EPC projects end-to-end


• Oversee project planning, execution, commissioning, and handover


• Manage budgets, timelines, contractors, and stakeholders


• Drive commercial performance and project profitability


• Work closely with senior leadership to grow the solar division
