Talent Acquisition Specialist

• As a key member of our people team, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment while partnering closely with business leaders
• Proactively source, attract and hire top talent using job boards, headhunting, social media, networking, and referrals
• Advertise roles, screen applications, and shortlist candidates for interviews
• Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring managers
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and business goals
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear, timely, and engaging communication
• Track recruitment activity and contribute to reporting and trend analysis
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and introduce innovative sourcing strategies
• Ensure compliance, confidentiality, and best recruitment practices at all times
• Support ad hoc recruitment-related initiatives as required

• Grade 12 / Senior Certificate (non-negotiable)
• A tertiary qualification (advantageous)
• 2-5 years' experience in talent acquisition (in-house or agency), ideally with sales recruitment exposure
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams)
• Experience with ATS platforms or similar recruitment technology
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, positive, and results-driven mindset
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment
