Job Description
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across operational, specialist, and head-office roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and advise on hiring strategies
  • Drive high-volume recruitment while maintaining quality and cultural fit
  • Proactively source candidates using creative and data-driven methods
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future needs
  • Own the candidate experience from first contact to offer stage as well as onboarding support
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
  • Ensure recruitment processes are compliant, efficient, and continuously improving
  • Will be reporting to HR Manager
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years' experience in in-house recruitment or agency recruitment (high-volume exposure essential)
  • Proven ability to recruit across multiple roles and departments simultaneously
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A structured, organised approach - you're calm under pressure
  • Passion for people, culture, and building great teams
  • Experience using ATS systems and modern sourcing tools
