We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead and oversee the Technical Department, ensuring high-quality technical support, network commissioning, repairs, and after-sales service. This role is responsible for SLA compliance, system performance optimization, quality control, and continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Strong technical background in electronic systems and network infrastructure
  • Proven leadership experience in a technical or service-driven environment
  • Experience managing SLAs, quality control systems, and fault analysis processes
  • Solid understanding of commissioning, maintenance, and repair workflows
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in stock control, risk management, and process improvement
  • Ability to manage cross functional communication (Production, Sales, Accounts, Stores)
  • Experience in staff management, performance reviews, and team development
  • Excellent customer service and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Hands on, operationally involved leadership style
